When you work with the JK Exec team, the search process is custom-built to your company and for your particular position. Through 20 years of executive search experience, we have found that the initial phase of the search, our Due Diligence phase, can be the most important part of the search process. The Due Diligence phase identifies the proper skill-set, personality, and off-paper requirements of the position and can be the key to finding the proper leader for your organization.
Once the Due Diligence phase is completed and documented, a timeline for the search is set into motion followed by core-competency identification and other desired pre-employment assessments.
Our search consultants work closely with you to deliver to the timeline, including candidate identification, screening, presentation, interviewing, reference checking and negotiations.
Throughout our experience in the search industry, we have been told that our status reporting is second to none and our clients are always apprised of our activities. This status reporting is a cornerstone of our process and allows us to continually update and communicate our activities, challenges, suggestions and next steps as we get through the search process.
