In her current role, Aly partners with leaders at local, regional, and national levels, focusing on executive and professional search. Known for refining search processes and staying ahead of industry trends, she ensures organizations secure the talent they need to thrive. Beyond her professional achievements, Aly actively engages within her community, making a positive impact while helping candidates achieve their dream careers.
Prior to working at JKExec, Aly spent her first six years of her career working for a registered investment advisory firm, allowing for her to have a unique and in depth understanding of the investment management and banking industry.
In her spare time, Aly enjoys spending time with her husband, son and German Shepherd, Mia. She is also a fourth-generation wine maker and spends the fall season making different types of wines.
