Lauren Dlugosh
Director of Recruiting
Lauren Dlugosh brings years of experience in recruiting all levels of management for higher education, nonprofit, manufacturing, and other industries to JK Executive which she joined in 2020.
As Director of Recruiting, Lauren works with local, regional, and national companies and organizations of all sizes to connect them with extraordinary talent. She draws from her diversified experience to bring a creative perspective to the recruitment process through the development of innovative strategies and inspiring workplace transformation.
Prior to joining JK Executive Strategies, Lauren worked with an executive search firm based in Washington, D.C., where she led national executive and professional searches for higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations. Her past experiences include working at the American Cancer Society and the University of Rochester, enhancing her skills in planning and executing fundraising strategies and events, board and volunteer management, and operational improvement.
Lauren loves to travel and enjoys the outdoors. Most days she can be found trail running or traveling in her campervan with her dog, Allen, and husband, Ben. Aspiring ADK-46er and Ultra Marathoner.
