Andrea DeMeo is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in senior healthcare and nonprofit management, specializing in strategy development and execution, operations, governance, and community engagement. Prior to joining JK Executive Strategies, Andrea served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Trillium Health, a Federally Qualified Community Health Center in Rochester, New York.

During her nine-year tenure at Trillium Health, Andrea led transformative efforts, diversifying revenue streams, and significantly increasing revenue from $15 million to $53 million. She oversaw a remarkable growth in patient census from 1,000 to 14,000 patients, while expanding access to critical supportive services, including medication, food, housing, and care management.

Under Andrea's leadership, Trillium Health achieved numerous milestones, including ensuring financial sustainability, implementing a new electronic health record system, enhancing compliance processes, and redesigning clinic facilities. She spearheaded the expansion of HIV prevention and treatment programs, and established the organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Additionally, Andrea launched innovative initiatives such as a mobile access clinic, pediatric and GYN services, and the Transgender Center of Excellence. Her previous roles include serving as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for the University of Rochester Medical Center's Center of Community Health, as well as Chief Operating Officer for a Community Health Center Look-Alike.

An advocate for healthcare equity, Andrea has served on the Board of Directors for the Community Health Care Association of New York State and the Rochester Healthcare Business Academy. She co-chaired the National FQHC Look-Alike volunteer advocacy coalition and has held board positions with organizations such as the American Red Cross Greater Rochester Area and the YMCA of Rochester.

Andrea's contributions have been recognized through various accolades, including the Rochester Business Journal Woman Circle of Excellence award, Athena finalist designation, and Rochester Business Journal's top 100 to watch and top 30 in healthcare. She was honored with the NYS Woman of Distinction award for her dedication to marginalized communities.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Skidmore College and an Executive MBA degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating with the highest honors. She is committed to leveraging her expertise to drive positive change and empower organizations to fulfill their missions.
