Aly Arena

Serving as the Director of Recruiting at JK Executive Strategies since January 2019, Aly Arena
utilizes her extensive background to foster meaningful connections between leaders and key
employees. With a focus on executive and professional search, she brings a wealth of
experience across diverse sectors, including marketing, accounting, finance, human resources,
IT, and operations.

Aly's success extends beyond conventional recruiting, as she seamlessly integrates unique
insights into HR consulting. Leveraging expertise in Human Resource Information System
(HRIS) platforms, she plays a pivotal role in successful system implementations and conducts
comprehensive training initiatives.
In her role, Aly collaborates with local, regional, and national leaders to facilitate the placement
of top talent across various industries. Committed to staying ahead of industry trends, she
consistently refines the search process, ensuring the identification and placement of top-tier
candidates.

Aly is a graduate of Nazareth College, holding a master’s in Management and a bachelor’s in
Business Administration with a minor in Finance. Passionate about community involvement, she
serves on numerous volunteer committees, including the HR Committee and Walking on
Sunshine committee at the Mary Cariola Children Center. Aly is the Co-Chair of the Make-A-
Wish New Leadership Council of Western New York, recently served as the National Human
Resource Association Rochester Affiliate Co-Director of Programs, and was part of the Roc2025
Talent Strategy initiative through the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. Additionally,
Aly is a Make-A-Wish Wish Granter and a recent graduate of the 2021 United Way Emerging
Leaders Development Program.
