Jaime Howley

Jaime Howley, CSP is the Vice President, Recruiting & Client Relations, delivering strategic counsel to key JK Executive Strategies clients and candidates. Leading supportive initiatives throughout the talent search process, Jaime generates continued growth for organizations.

Jaime has more than 15 years of experience in the recruiting and executive search industry across the nation. Her expertise includes identifying talent across various sectors, such as construction, manufacturing, finance, human resources, sales, and information technology.

Prior to joining JK Executive Strategies, Jaime served as a member of the leadership team at a privately held national staffing company, where she oversaw executive and professional search and career development services. Additionally, Jaime has a wealth of knowledge in human resources consulting, contract staffing and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions.

She attended SUNY Morrisville for Business Administration and is certified in staffing professional with the American Staffing Association.

In her spare time, you can find Jaime boating in the summer with her husband and three kids, golfing, playing volleyball or ice hockey – she likes to stay active!
