Miranda Leo

As a Recruiting Manager, Miranda Leo provides a customized approach to connect great talent with jobs tailored to meet their unique skillset. Miranda draws from her experience in client relations and finance to approach all her searches with a creative perspective.

Most recently, Miranda worked with a financial advisory firm located in Rochester, N.Y., gaining valuable experience in accounting and finance. Miranda combines her prior experience and love for meeting new people when conducting searches to build long lasting relationships with business leaders and candidates.  She specializes in Administrative, Operational, Accounting/Finance, and Legal recruiting.

Miranda is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s degree in cross disciplinary studies, focusing on mathematics, accounting, and legal studies.  In addition to her professional experience, Miranda is an active member of the Villa of Hope’s Young Professionals Board.

Miranda loves to travel, cook, and stay active. When she’s not networking and helping to connect talent, Miranda can either be found in the kitchen, experimenting and trying new recipes, or running outdoors.
