Lauren Dlugosh

Lauren Dlugosh brings years of experience in recruiting all levels of management for higher education, nonprofit, manufacturing, renewable energy, and other industries to JK Executive which she joined in 2020.  

As Director of Recruiting, Lauren works with local, regional, and national companies and organizations of all sizes to connect them with extraordinary talent. She draws from her diversified experience to bring a creative perspective to the recruitment process through the development of innovative strategies and inspiring workplace transformation.

Prior to joining JK Executive Strategies, Lauren worked with an executive search firm based in Washington, D.C., where she led national executive and professional searches for higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations. Her past experiences include working at the American Cancer Society and the University of Rochester, enhancing her skills in planning and executing fundraising strategies and events, board and volunteer management, and operational improvement.

In addition to her professional experience, Lauren is an active community leader and is a founding member of the Villa of Hope’s Young Professional Board where she currently serves as the Immediate Past Chair.

Lauren earned the 40 under 40 award from the Rochester Business Journal in 2022. She is a graduate of Medaille College with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.

Lauren loves to travel and enjoys the outdoors. Most days she can be found trail running or hiking with her dog and husband.
